Here are some steps that may help you check and change relevant setting of crying/noise detection:
1. You may change the sensitivity of crying detection to a higher level, lower the value of decibel setup, and check if it works normally.
2. You may set filters with different types of notifications in Inbox. Make sure you’ve ticked the type of notifications you’d like to see.
3. Please update your Firmware to ensure this feature works normally.
To update the firmware, please kindly follow the steps below:
a. Go to Camera Setting> Firmware
b. Choose the firmware section.
c. Choose update later to schedule a successful update.
Please make sure the camera is updated while connected to a strong Wifi signal.
4. Please kindly check the following, if applicable:
Parameters > apps > (...) > Special access > Battery optimisation > find the app and uncheck it.
In general, please disable any battery-saving apps that may prevent the notifications from sending out.
Note: Crying detection will be paused temporarily during the use of the music/sound player.
