Note: Lollipop Show is not a cloud service that directly hosts or provides access to your camera’s audio/video feeds; rather, it is an integration service. In order to watch your cameras' live view from Alexa devices, all your cameras and Alexa must be on the same Wi-Fi network. In addition, the firmware of all your cameras must be updated to the latest version to ensure the functions work normally. (The version should be the same as or later than 2021080500-g6056a09).
