We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If at any time within the 30 days of receipt you are not happy with your product purchased from www.lollipop.camera, we will gladly accept returns. Beyond 30 days, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
All the following conditions must meet to qualify for a purchase refund:
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included in your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—outer cardboard box and Lollipop package.
- Accessories you purchase are only eligible for returns in their brand-new, original film packaging.
- The shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not, all return shipping charges are your responsibility, and the return shipping cost will be charged from the refund amount.
- Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method. Money-back returns are limited to one unit per year.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
