Activating Snap Cute:
To activate the Snap Cute feature, Snap Cute is only included in our Lollipop Care Elite Pro program, please ensure that you are subscribed to Lollipop Care in the Elite Pro plan. If you haven't subscribed to this plan yet, you can easily upgrade your plan by clicking here.
Troubleshooting Snap Cute Activation:
If you've subscribed to the Elite Pro plan and are still encountering issues with activating Snap Cute on your app, we recommend going through the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure Suitable Camera Placement:
- Make sure the camera is placed in a location that can capture your baby's movements effectively.
- Ensure your baby's face is clearly visible on the camera feed.
- Aim to have more than one short cameo appearance by your baby during the day.
- Ensure that your baby is large enough in the camera frame for our AI system to recognize their presence.
- Note that drastic changes in background lighting can affect video quality.
Smart Detection Recording:
- Lollipop AI system selects the most unique moments every half day to create Snap Cute videos.
- If the Lollipop AI system detects movements that meet the threshold, you will receive a notification from Snap Cute to watch the video.
- In cases where the Lollipop AI system does not identify movements that meet the threshold, it will compile the best clips at least every two to three days.
- Lollipop AI system continuously updates the threshold to capture better movements.
