To activate the Snap Cute feature, please make sure you have successfully subscribed to Lollipop Care in the Elite Pro plan. If not, please upgrade your plan here.
If the Snap Cute feature is still not able to work on your App, please check the following solutions:
1. Ensure the installation location is able to capture your baby’s movement.
- Make sure your baby’s face is clear and visible on the camera.
- Have more than one short cameo from your baby.
- Your baby is big enough for the camera to easily recognize.
- The video quality will be affected by drastic changes in background lights.
2. Smart Detection recording
- Our AI system collects the most unique moment every half day to highlight.
- If the AI system detects proper movements which have achieved the threshold, you will receive the notification from Snap Cute to watch the video.
- If the AI system did not identify the movement which is reached the threshold, it will select the best clips at least every two to three days.
- Our AI system updates the threshold continuously to catch better movement.
