Currently only if you subscribed to the Lollipop Care annual plan from our website are able to request for a refund. We will refund the rest of the money depending on how many months have left for the annual plan.
For monthly plans, you can simply unsubscribe before the next billing date, and Lollipop Care will not charge you for next month.
For IOS users, only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.
We also recommend that you cancel your subscription before the next billing date to prevent being charged again next cycle.
To request a refund through Apple, please follow the steps mentioned in Apple support:
For Android users, please note if it’s less than 48 hours since you bought an app or made an in-app purchase, you can request a refund through Google Play.
To request a refund through Google Play Store :
