If you purchased through our official website and are not satisfied with your product within 30 days of receipt, you may request a return.
Return shipping costs will either be deducted from the refund amount or borne by the customer.
Products returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.
If you purchased through other e-commerce platforms or authorized resellers, please follow their respective return policies.
Return Conditions
All the following conditions must be met to qualify for a purchase refund:
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included in your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—outer cardboard box and Lollipop package.
- Accessories you purchase are only eligible for returns in their brand-new, original film packaging.
Important Notes
- The shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to our error (for example, if you received the wrong or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. However, in such cases, you must first contact our customer service via email. The return shipping will only be covered if our customer service confirms that the issue was indeed caused by us.If not, all return shipping charges are your responsibility, and the return shipping cost will be charged from the refund amount.
- Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method. Money-back returns are limited to one unit per year.
How to Request a Return

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refund Process
- After we receive and review your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
- Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.
