Lollipop Care 7-Day Free Trial
Lollipop Care is a paid subscription service that makes your Lollipop baby camera even better with additional features and services. We offer Lollipop Care with a 7-day free trial for each new Lollipop baby camera. Each Lollipop account can only sign up for a 7-day free trial once and the Care plan cannot be changed after being selected. It’s easy to get a 7-day free trial that you just simply login your Lollipop account, choose your Lollipop baby camera name and subscription plan.
Keep in mind, once you activate a 7-day free trial of Lollipop Care for a new Lollipop baby camera, the free trial will not stop, pause or restart.
You can cancel your subscription anytime before the end of your free trial, or Lollipop Care will automatically renew after the trial period expires. Lollipop reserves the eligibility and rights of the final decision to Lollipop Care 7-day free trial.

LOLLIPOP AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND CONTENT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. LOLLIPOP AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT: (a) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (b) YOUR CONTENT WILL BE AVAILABLE OR THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; (c) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (d) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS; AND (e) ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.
Refund
We do not offer any refunds for fees related to both monthly and annual Lollipop Care subscription plans upon cancellation.
You can turn off monthly or annually auto-renewal subscription of Lollipop Care anytime. After the cancellation, Lollipop will extend a period of days to save your data in the cloud. The extended period of days depends on the last Lollipop Care plan you chose before.
For instance, if you cancel a Ultra Pro Lollipop Care plan that includes 7-day 24/7 continuous video recording and 30-day Event Video cloud recording, you can still get Lollipop Care service until the subscription ends. The cloud will continuously keep your data of 24/7 continuous video recording for 7 days and Event Video cloud recording for 30 days after the subscription ends. After 7 and 30 days, your data of continuous video recording and event video cloud recording will be erased respectively from the cloud.
Change Subscription Plan
You can change your Lollipop Care plan anytime. For both monthly and annual payment frequencies, if your change your current plan, new Lollipop Care plan will be applied after the billing cycle of the current plan ends.
Dispute Resolution
Class-Action Waiver
The parties further agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in their individual capacities only, and not as a class action or other representative action. If any court or arbitrator determines that the class-action waiver set forth in this section is void or unenforceable for any reason, or that an arbitration can proceed on a class basis, then the arbitration provision set forth above shall be deemed null and void in its entirety and the parties shall be deemed to have not agreed to arbitrate disputes.
