Lollipop uses advanced AI detection to monitor your baby's breathing and track their sleep patterns without any physical contact. With this technology, you should be able to view your baby’s respiratory rate, sleeping position history, and receive real-time notifications through the Lollipop App. However, there are some situations where the accuracy of smart detection may be affected:
-
Moving Objects: If there are moving objects within the detection area, it may affect the accuracy of the monitoring.
-
Hanging Toys: Hanging toys, especially those that overlap with the camera's field of vision, can sometimes interfere with detection.
-
Mist from Diffusers: Mist or vapor from diffusers or humidifiers can be mistaken for movement and affect detection.
-
Thick Clothes: Placing thick clothes on the crib or dressing your baby in loose or ill-fitted clothing may cause false detection.
-
Heavy Blankets: Using a thick blanket to cover your baby can also impact the monitoring accuracy.
-
Private Connection: Activating Privacy mode means that the video and audio data from your Lollipop camera will not travel through our cloud services. Consequently, this mode will not generate or upload any event videos to the cloud. Additionally, breath, and sleep detection are not accessible. Please ensure that Private Connection is turned off when using these features.
To ensure the most accurate monitoring results, we recommend creating a crib environment that minimizes potential interference. This includes avoiding hanging objects, maintaining a clear detection area, and dressing your baby appropriately.
