At Lollipop, we understand that privacy and control over your camera's functions are important to our customers. We provide the Standby mode feature, which allows you to effectively switch off all the functions of the camera when you are not using it. In Standby mode, you and your share account won't be able to watch the live view, receive notifications, and other camera-related activities are disabled. As a result, no events, files, or responses are uploaded or sent to our servers or app during this time.
To Turn On/Off Standby mode, please follow these steps:
Open the Lollipop app and click on your camera to access the camera view.
Live View > Tap the "Camera Settings"> "Standby" > Turn on / off
In the settings "Standby", you will find the option to turn Standby mode on or off. Simply toggle the switch according to your preference.
By using the Standby mode, you can have full control over when your camera is active and when it is not. This feature ensures that your camera remains dormant when you do not wish to use it, providing you with peace of mind regarding your privacy.
