If your camera is damaged due to non-human factors within the warranty period, we will provide repair service free of charge.
If your camera is out of warranty, or the situation is not covered under the warranty terms, our paid repair service is only available in certain regions due to high international shipping costs.
However, if you are willing to cover the round-trip shipping fees, we can still repair your camera free of charge.
How to Request a Repair

Description of the issue with the camera, along with any photos or videos.
Order screenshot showing the order date and order number.
Lollipop App account information.
Once we receive your information, our customer service team will guide you through the repair process promptly so you can get your camera back in working order.
