Introducing the Sleep Tracking:
The Sleep Tracking feature, aids in understanding both your sleep cycle and your baby's sleep patterns, contributing to the establishment of healthy sleep foundations.
Reports collected from sleep tracking will record the following data (per day)
1. Sleep Analysis
• Longest sleep (the longest continuous sleep duration)
• Nap (number of naps lasting less than 60 minutes)
• Bedtime (time you go to bed)
•Sleep onset (average time it takes to fall asleep)
2. Sleep position
• Belly
• Back
• Side
3. Breathe Per Minutes
Reports collected from sleep tracking will record the following data (per week)

❗Reminder: Health data is calculated based on the previous full 24-hour sleep record.
