1. Go to "Camera Settings"
2. Tap "Membership"
3. Tap "Manage Subscription"
4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

1. If you choose a monthly subscription, after being canceled successfully, the subscription for the following month will be canceled, but the payment for this month cannot be canceled due to the success of the subscription this month.
2. If you choose a yearly subscription, after being canceled successfully, the subscription for next year will be canceled, but the payment for this year cannot be canceled due to the success of the subscription this year.
3. You can keep your access to Lollipop Care during the current period.
Upgrade my subscription
Before you upgrade your subscription, please make sure you have a valid credit card linked to your App Store or Google Play.
To upgrade your Lollipop Care on your Lollipop app, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to "Camera Settings"
2. Tap "My Ultra Care"
3. Tap "Upgrade", then you’ll see the information page for Lollipop Care
4. Scroll down and choose the plan you'd like to upgrade
5. The app will ask you to type in your Apple ID / Google Play password to subscribe
6. Tap "Get Started"
Restore my subscription [iOS only]
1. Go to "Camera Settings"
2. Tap "Membership"
3. Tap "Restore Purchase"
4. Tap "Got it"
