If sound/music is not available in the app, follow the solutions below and see if the situation improves:
- Use the "Network Diagnosis" to check the music feature availabiltiy of the current mode.
- Refresh the app. Close it and open it again or force-quit out of the app if necessary.
- Make sure the camera is:
- Powered on
- Connected to the router and is communicating with the app
- A quick check is to see if the live view can be accessed using the app. Controlling the music is done through the local or external network.
- Reboot the camera if the solutions above do not help.
