The most common reason the camera fails to connect to a Wi-Fi network is the access point being too far away from the camera. Make sure that the camera is close enough to the AP.
Make sure there is no strong radio interference close to the camera or the AP (e.g., radios, cordless phones, walkie-talkies, radio-controlled toys, microwave ovens, etc.).
If you are using an extender, move the camera to the same room where the main AP is located. Test the camera in that location for a few minutes, and feel free to relocate the camera closer to the AP.
If the issue still occurs, reset the router or try to use a hotspot generated by your mobile phone to check if the camera has a connection issue.
