Please note that if the camera is too far from the router or receiving a weak signal, the initial registration process to the Wi-Fi network might fail.
Make sure there is no strong radio interference close to the camera, like other radios, cordless phones, walkie-talkies, radio-controlled toys, microwave ovens, and other home appliances.
If the situation keeps happening, conduct a network diagnosis to check the connectivity.
