Before we guide you through the process, we'd like to mention that it's not possible to receive a refund for the remainder of a Lollipop Care subscription period after canceling. You will retain access to Lollipop Care until the end of your current paid subscription period. For instance, if you subscribed to Lollipop Care on March 15th and choose to cancel on March 25th, your access will continue until April 15th.

Please Note: iOS users must cancel subscriptions 24 hours before the 7-day trial ends in order to avoid being charged. If you cancel on the last day of the trial, Apple will automatically renew your subscription.
