To ensure the best video and audio quality, it is best that your camera is used in an environment with a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
If your Lollipop Camera needs to connect via a mobile network, please enable the mobile hotspot on your phone and set a password. This will allow the Lollipop Camera to connect successfully.
