Your Lollipop Baby Camera is highly dependent on your Internet connection. A stable Internet connection is required for you to view live videos and upload event videos.
If your camera does get disconnected, you’ll receive a notification.
If your camera cannot connect to the Internet, check the following:
- Connect your camera to your mobile hotspot and check your connection.
- If your camera can connect to your hotspot without issues, then your camera should be working correctly. An issue might be your router configuration, please check the settings on your Wi-Fi router and confirm that nothing is blocking your camera's connection.
- If your camera is unable to connect to your hotspot as well, there's a high probability that your camera has hardware issues. In this highly unlikely case, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
