We update the Lollipop App frequently to introduce new features, fix the known issues and perform improvements. However, the Lollipop App sometimes fails to work on Android devices owing to assorted reasons.
If you could not turn the Lollipop App off, Lthe ollipop App does not work or the live view is freezing, please check the following solutions to resolve the problem:
- Restart your Android devices. If your phone screen is freezing, please press and hold the power button for 30 seconds until the phone restarts.
- Check and update your Android and Lollipop App version.
- Free up phone memory space. If the free storage space is less than 10%, your phone may start having more problems.
- Turn the App off after not in use.
