The Lollipop App supports Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode for viewing live video streams.
This feature is available on both Android and iOS devices. It allows you to continue watching the live video while chatting with friends on social media or browsing articles.
To enable Picture-in-Picture (PIP) mode:
- Tap the PIP icon on the live video screen.
🍭If you are unable to activate the PIP feature, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
Check your network connection:
Please ensure that your mobile device and the Lollipop baby camera are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (this enables Indoor Mode).
If the camera still shows "Outdoor Mode", try restarting your Wi-Fi router or access point (AP) and see if the issue is resolved.Verify app permissions on your phone:
Go to your phone’s Settings > Apps > Lollipop, and make sure the Picture-in-Picture (PIP) permission is enabled.-
Disable Background Play:
The PIP feature cannot be used while the Background Play feature is active. Please turn off Background Play and try again. -
Please ensure that your app and firmware are updated to the latest versions:
