Please contact our Lollipop support for the subscription issue and our support team will respond to your request within 2 business days.
Please also provide the following information in the support form :
- Your lollipop account email
- Detailed description of the problem
- Picture or video of the problem (If applicable)
- Check your App store/ Google Play account
Please go to your App store or Google Play account and check if a valid credit card is linked to your account.

You can also subscribe to or upgrade your Lollipop care plan on our website.
To subscribe or upgrade on the Lollipop website :
- Go to our Lollipop website
- Click on the "Person icon" on the top right corner
- Log into your Lollipop account
- After logging in, click on the "Baby Icon" on the top right corner
- Click on "Subscription"
- Click on "Upgrade" in the overview tab
- Then you can choose the Lollipop Care plan you want and put in the payment method
