If the live video is pixelated and the audio is cutting, it is usually caused by an unstable and slow network connection. This commonly happens when the data can’t arrive complete or in time or the phone switched to a slower internet connection (e.g. a mobile data connection).
Check the following if this problem occurred:

Ensure the Wi-Fi signal received by the camera is higher than 75 with "Network Diagnosis" Feature.

Make sure that your extenders are correctly installed in the carefully selected place and at the right position.

Check whether the upload bandwidth provided by your ISP is enough for the camera to operate.

A certain amount of bandwidth is required to properly upload the video and maintain the live view. In this case, check if other devices are consuming all the available upload bandwidth at the same time. These devices might not leave enough bandwidth for the camera to upload the live stream.
