- Check whether the camera is powered on and online.
- Make sure your internet is fast enough to upload and serve the live view over the internet. At the same time, also check the download speed of your mobile device. If you use 4G/5G, your mobile data connection needs to be as fast as the speed so that the camera can upload livestreams to the internet simultaneously.
- Check that your app and camera have updated to the latest version.
- Perform a quick setup to refresh the access credentials on the camera. It can help the camera stream over the internet.
