If the live view is not loading or taking more than 2 minutes to load, make sure the camera is online or powered on and has a stable internet access or a stable connection to the AP.
To improve this problem, we suggest the following steps:
- Make sure the camera is close enough to the AP or the extender is correctly installed.
- Close the Lollipop app and open it again. Make sure it closes completely, and then reboot the camera.
- Check whether your camera is connected to the Wi-Fi network. If not, run the quick setup to refresh the access credentials in the camera or perform a factory reset.
