The automatic renewal function is completely managed by the system provider (Google Play, App Store), and the software developer cannot help users to view or cancel the automatic renewal. According to Google or Apple’s policy, you need to go to Google Play or the App Store to cancel the subscription. After successfully canceling the subscription, when your current plan expires, the system provider (Google Play, Apple Store) will not automatically renew the subscription.
