We start to ship worldwide from Taiwan. If your country is not available at checkout please email sell@lollipop.camera. Once the order is confirmed, all international packages are shipped via Amazon delivery system. All international packages are shipped via Amazon delivery system. Once the product(s) are under the process of Amazon delivery. The shipping term will be followed by Amazon shipment Policy. Amazon estimates delivery between 3~7 business days. Please note that import duties and VAT charges may be applied for deliveries. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country. We will not charge customs charges and/or import duties. The customer is obliged to cover all of these additional costs.
Soft Reminding: If you refuse the delivery of a package after the product(s) are on the Amazon delivery process, you'll be charged for return shipping.

The following may also result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- Incorrect shipping address;
- Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address;
- Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g. act of God, severe weather, tornado, storm, hurricane or any other cause beyond the seller's or carrier's control.)
30-day Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from www.lollipop.camera for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. The return shipping cost will be charged from the refund amount. Beyond 30 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be requested through E-commerce Customer Service within 30 days of the date of purchase.
- Returned product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
- All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The product should be returned in its original packaging—outer cardboard box and Lollipop package.
- Accessories purchases are only eligible for returns in its brand-new original film packaging.
Please note:
- We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If not, all return shipping charges are your responsibility.
- The shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Your purchase price will be refunded through the original payment method. Money-back returns are limited to one unit per year.
Return Instructions:
Please follow the instruction of the Return Process.
- Connect with E-commerce Customer Service, Request an Item choose “Order & Shipping” and fulfill the information of the return request.
- We will mail the electronic Air Waybill and return-usage Invoice to your email address. When you receive the mail, please print out the Air Waybill and the Invoice. Then, please attach the Air Waybill to the shipping (outer) box of Lollipop.
- Please call the DHL center of your country to take your Lollipop package (outer) box with attached Air Waybill, and invoice you print.

- Waiting for the shipment to our office and we will mail you about the returned product and arrange the refund for you.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (7 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
